THE FLAT RATES ARE FOR ONE PICK UP LOCATION, GOING TO ONE DROP- OFF LOCATION AT PEARSON AIRPORT.  ANY ADDITIONAL PICK-UPS OR DROP-OFFS ARE METERED AND ADDED TO THE FLAT RATES.  RETURN TRIPS:  FLAT RATE TO PEARSON, PLUS WAITING TIME $40.00 PER HOUR, PLUS $30.00 RETURN TO ANYWHERE IN WATERLOO REGION. THE ADDITIONAL FEES ARE TO BE PAID IN THE VEHICLES. 

Outside of Kitchener/Waterloo or Cambridge is defined by the surrounding townships of Waterloo Region: New Hamburg, Baden, St. Agatha, Ayr, Elmira, St. Jacobs, Wellesley etc. This is inclusive of Guelph as well. Anywhere outside of these areas, the rate for service will differ. Please contact our office to discuss this before making a booking.

All vehicles capacity is 4 passengers. 

Once you submit your booking request going to Pearson Airport, our office staff will process your booking request, notify and provide you with the booking confirmation.
